The Punjab Police said they were given five notices to come and join the investigation. The notice was duly followed. Despite this, the accused intentionally did not join the investigation. This morning after due process of law, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga was arrested from his house in Delhi.
At the same time, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta said that without giving any prior information to the Delhi Police, the Punjab Police illegally arrested Tajinder Bagga from the house.
