There is news of firing again from America. On Monday, the assailant opened fire in the northeast area of Washington DC. One death and five people have been reported injured in the attack.
The firing took place in the 1500 block of F Street NE. Washington DC police said the incident was being investigated. According to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), the firing took place at around 8.30 pm on Monday.
MPD chief Robert Conti confirmed six people were injured and one was killed in the shooting. No one has yet been identified among the casualties. Conti has confirmed that all casualties are male. No information has been received as to what caused the shooting.
