India has continued its history of dominating the West Indies in ODI cricket and won its 12th consecutive bilateral series against them. It has also now won its past 10 completed matches at the Queen’s Park Oval. These are incredible numbers but do not reflect how close the series has been this time around. West Indies had a chance to win both matches but India managed to pull off a win in the final few deliveries each time.

Pitch and Weather Conditions:
The conditions in Trinidad have been brilliant for the first two ODI’s but there is some rain forecast for the third ODI. We could have a delayed start or some interruptions that take overs out of the game. The pitch has been quite flat with even pace and not a lot of bounce in it. COnditions have been loaded in favor of the batters with short boundaries and a fast outfield. Your bets should reflect that.

West Indies (WI):
West Indies played a more aggressive brand of cricket in the second ODI and was able to rally around Shai Hope, who nearly batted through the inning. Hope’s 115 from 135 was a bit traditional but it allowed the likes of Kyle Mayers, Nicholas Pooran, and others to play their shots.
For the second consecutive match, the West Indies team has managed to reach 300 and three out of the top 4 have scored more than the Over/Under lines offered. This could also be something you can exploit in this third ODI.
West Indies also scored 12 sixes in the previous match to add to the 8 they smashed in the first one. We are a bit wary of betting on the West Indies to hit more Sixes than India because both teams have a lot of power hitters but you can look for the Total Sixes market instead.
The West Indian batters have given an excellent account of themselves in this series but the fact remains that the West Indies has now lost five matches on the trot in the last two weeks. The confidence of the team is going to be a bit low.
Kyle Mayers has emerged as one of the better prospects for the West Indies and is contributing in an all-round role.
While the West Indian batting has been impressive, the same cannot be said about its bowling. There is no bowler who has been able to pick wickets consistently. Alzarri Joseph has four from the two matches and there always seem to be a couple of loose balls on offer.
The failure to wrap up the match even when the entire Indian recognized batting lineup had been dismissed is going to dent the confidence of the bowlers even more.

India (IND):
India continues to find a way to win with a side that is quite young and has basically just four players that were playing cricket for India consistently before this series. That shows the bench strength of its system and also how the coach is going about building the team.
India’s batting lineup has done well but the lack of conversions of fifties to hundreds is something that they would want to work on. How often do you go an entire ODI series in the West Indies without a single Indian batter scoring a century? The odds on an Indian batter not scoring a century in this third match are also quite good and something you can look to bet on.
We could see a few changes for this third and final match in the lineup and we think someone like Arshdeep Singh could definitely get a go.
The previous match was one of those rare occasions where India scored fewer fours and sixes than the West Indies but still ended up winning the match. Usually, betting on India to score more fours than the opposition is a relatively safe bet.
India’s bowling has a few issues to sort out. Avesh Khan was very expensive in his previous match, Shardul Thakur has gone for runs as well (though he always tends to pick up a few wickets), and we think Arshdeep Singh could get a chance to play in this match bringing down the collective experience even more!
In the current situation, we are going to stick to betting on Yuzvendra Chahal to pick up wickets. He may have gone for a few runs in his previous match but he always challenges the batters to do something risky.
