Big news is coming out in the Hanuman Chalisa recitation case in Maharashtra. According to the latest information, Amravati MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana have been sent to judicial custody for 14 days by the Bandra Court.
The bail hearing will now take place on April 29. Let us inform that on Saturday, Navneet Rana, MP from Amravati in Khar area of Mumbai and her husband Ravi Rana were arrested by the Mumbai Police for reciting Hanuman Chalisa outside Matoshree.
During the remand proceedings, advocate Rizwan Merchant appeared for Navneet Rana and Ravi Rana. Police had arrested MPs Navneet Rana and Ravi Rana under section 153A i.e. for promoting enmity between two groups on grounds of religion.
Another case registered against Navneet Rana and her husband-
Mumbai Police has registered another case under section 353 in the FIR registered against Independent MP Navneet Rana and her husband MLA Ravi Rana, an official said on Sunday. In which both the husband and wife have been accused of using criminal force to prevent the public servant from discharging his duty.
FIR has also been registered against many Shiv Sena workers-
According to a Mumbai Police official, the city police have also registered an FIR against several Shiv Sena workers for protesting outside Rana’s residence in Mumbai on Saturday.
Case registered against MP Navneet Rana and MLA Ravi Rana in these sections-
According to Mumbai Police, a case was registered against MLA Ravi Rana and MP Navneet Rana at Khar police station under sections 153(A), 34, IPC R/W 37(1) 135 Bombay Police Act. Both were detained from their home in Khar.
At the same time, Navneet and Ravi Rana gave a written complaint to the Mumbai Police on Saturday itself. They said that all 700 people including CM Uddhav Thackeray. Shiv Sena leaders Anil Parab and Sanjay Raut have also been booked under sections 120B, 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 153A, 294, 504, 506 should go.

BJP leader and former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis said that Kirit Soumeya also told the police about the attack on him but the police did nothing.

FIR registered against unknown person in stone pelting case on Kirit Soumaiya-
The Mumbai Police on Sunday registered an FIR against an unidentified person for allegedly pelting stones at the car of former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya near Khar police station.
But, Somaiya refused to take a copy of the FIR as he was not satisfied with the sections under which the police had registered the case.
Somaiya had gone to Khar police station on Saturday to meet arrested Independent MP Navneet Rana and her MLA husband Ravi Rana, whose earlier call to chant Hanuman Chalisa outside ‘Matoshree’, the residence of Maharashtra Chief Minister and Shiv Sena President Uddhav Thackeray, prompted Shiv Sena workers to was annoyed.

BJP leader from Maharashtra Kirit Somaiya said that I have informed the Home Secretary at the Center about the attack. He has sought a report of the attack. A representative delegation will go to Delhi and meet the officials there.
The way our voices are being suppressed. It seems that Uddhav Thackeray is doing something on the lines of what was done with Mansukh Hiren (Antilia case). The FIR registered against me is fake.
BJP leader Kirit Somaiya made serious allegations against Mumbai Police-
BJP leader Kirit Somaiya said that Mumbai Police has registered a false FIR in my name under pressure from Uddhav Thackeray and Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey, I do not have my signature. In that FIR, he has written that Kirit Somaiya said that only one stone hit my car while 70-80 Shiv Sainiks attacked me.
