Controversy has arisen regarding the poster of the film Masoom question based on women’s menstruation. Hindu Rashtra Navnirman Sena founder Amit Rathore has lodged an objection to the picture of Lord Krishna on the poster.
It is alleged that director Santosh Upadhyay and Nakshatra 27 Media Pvt Ltd have hurt the religious sentiments of the people with the poster. He has lodged a case at Sahibabad police station.
Amit Rathore says that in the film Masoom question, a controversial poster has been released to hurt the sentiments of people in a planned manner, in which the picture of Lord Krishna was put on the pad used during menstruation. On August 5, this film was also shown to the girl students by playing it on the screen in a reputed school.
According to him, the atmosphere in the country is already not good after the Udaipur incident. He also referred to the controversial statements of Bollywood actors, which have upset the audience. Rathore has also appealed to the people to boycott the film by giving a written complaint to Sahibabad Police. He has demanded action against director Santosh Upadhyay, Nakshatra 27 Media Pvt Ltd and people associated with film production.
Police station in-charge Pradeep Tripathi told that the investigation is being done after registering a case on the complaint of the founder of the organization. Soon a notice will be issued to the film director to record his statement.
