0 Bundelkhand Expressway: PM Modi to inaugurate Bundelkhand Expressway today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate Bundelkhand Expressway today. Bundelkhand will be directly connected to Delhi and Lucknow with the start of the expressway. A large number of people are going from Jhansi and Lalitpur to attend the inauguration ceremony.

120 and 200 private buses of roadways have been deployed to carry them. On Saturday, 13 routes of Jhansi and adjoining districts will be vacant. No buses will be seen on these routes. So if you are planning to travel by bus then it is very important to know this.

All 120 buses of the roadways were disconnected from the route from Friday morning itself. The beneficiaries of all the schemes have been taken to Orai by these buses. As soon as these buses were removed from the route, a big problem arose in front of the people. People traveling in roadways buses remained troubled throughout the day.

Thousands of people will have to wait for buses on Saturday as well. It is believed that the operation of buses will be able to resume from Sunday itself. So if you are planning a bus journey, then it would be better if you postpone it for two days. Because not only the roadways buses, private buses have also been deployed to take the beneficiaries.

Bundelkhand Expressway will rejuvenate seven districts:

The 296 km long Bundelkhand Expressway from Chitrakoot to Etawah will rejuvenate seven districts. It will directly connect Chitrakoot, Banda, Mahoba, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Auraiya and Etawah districts. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate this expressway, built at a cost of Rs 14850 crore, to the public in Kaithri village of Jalaun on Saturday.

With the launch of the expressway, the 630 km journey from Chitrakoot to Delhi will be completed in six to seven hours. Will connect with Delhi and National Capital Region through Agra-Lucknow Expressway and Yamuna Expressway. After the construction of the expressway, the way for industrial and economic development of Bundelkhand will also open.

Industrial corridors are also being built along the expressways in Banda and Jalaun. For this an advisory agency has been formed. Apart from these two districts, people of adjoining districts will also get employment due to the establishment of industries. The proposed Defense Corridor in Bundelkhand will also get the benefit of the expressway. The movement of goods will be easy.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was coming to launch the Bundelkhand Expressway, had laid the foundation stone in February 2020. The construction agency UPEDA has prepared the expressway in 28 months, eight months ahead of the target, despite the Corona period. It has four railway over bridges, 14 major bridges, 266 minor bridges, 18 flyovers, 13 toll plazas and 7 ramp plazas.

Expressway will remain under the shadow of security for 24 hours:

128 police personnel including six Deputy Superintendents of Police have been deployed for the safety of the vehicles plying in it. In addition, 12 Innova vehicles have been installed. They will keep an eye on the vehicles passing through here 24 hours.

A large number of beneficiaries went from Jhansi and Lalitpur:

A large number of people are going from Jhansi and Lalitpur to attend the Prime Minister’s program. Along with BJP leaders, beneficiaries will also be present there. Buses were sent from village to village on Friday itself so that people do not face any kind of problem. At the same time, all the leaders also left in their private vehicles. The process of people going to attend the rally had started from late evening itself.
