A batsman in India has created a sensation in the T10 league by hitting six sixes in six balls. Krishna Pandey, who plays for the Patriots team in the Pondicherry T20 League, has done this.
15-year-old Krishna Pandey hit six sixes in six balls like Yuvraj Singh, Ravi Shastri and Kieron Pollard. Krishna scored 83 runs in 19 balls at a strike rate of 436.80, but could not lead his team to victory against the Royals.
India’s legendary all-rounder Yuvraj Singh hit six sixes in an over off Stuart Broad of England in the 2007 T20 World Cup. Chris Gayle of West Indies hit six sixes in six balls against Sri Lanka last year. Pakistan’s legendary batsman Shoaib Malik did this in a charity T10 match in 2017.
Royals team won the toss and decided to bat first in the match. He made a mountain score of 157 runs for three wickets in the stipulated 10 overs. For that, R Raghupati scored an unbeaten 84 off 30 balls. S Parameswaran took two wickets for 25 runs for the Patriots. The challenge before the Patriots team was to achieve the target of 158 runs.
Chasing the target, the Patriots team lost three wickets in five overs. From here Krishna Pandey started playing a stormy innings. He scored 83 runs in an innings of 19 balls.
