After the court’s confirmation that the Shivling was found in the Gyanvapi Masjid, Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh has applied in the court and said that the survey report is not ready yet, so he should be given two more days to present the report.
Significantly, Vishal Singh has also filed an application on Monday, accusing Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra and Assistant Advocate Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh of not cooperating in the proceedings of the commission.
He has also expressed his inability to submit the report of the commission on the due date 17th May. On his application, the Civil Judge Senior Division has also sought clarification from both the commissioners.
On May 12, the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Ravi Kumar Diwakar has appointed Special Advocate Commissioner Vishal Singh and Assistant Advocate Commissioner Ajay Pratap Singh to assist Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra. After this, the commissioning proceedings started from 14th May and was completed on 16th May.
During this, after the Shivling was found in the Gyanvapi Masjid premises, the court ordered the sealing of that premises. In such a situation, it was believed that the report of the commission would be presented in the court on Tuesday. However, after the application of the Special Counsel Commissioner, the wait for the report of the commission has increased further. On the other hand, people’s eyes are also on the reply of both the advocate commissioners.
