Here are some ways you can easily glow up….

  1. MENTAL GLOW UP:- First and foremost love yourself. A bright and happy day starts with a smile. So smile often. Stop comparing yourself to others. You are beautiful and perfect just the way you are. Surround yourself with people that appreciates you. Distant yourself with people that don’t make you feel good. Make your health/ goals/ happiness a priority. Figure out a hobby that makes you happy. Find out what your want to do in future and work towards it. Do set short term and long term goals for yourself.
  2. PHYSICAL GLOW UP:- Keep yourself hydrated. Drink enough water. Also get enough sleep. Aim to get atleast 6 hours of sleep ever night. Exercise for atleast 30-45 min or go for running. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Take care of your body. Avoid eating junk foods or sugary foods. Personal hygiene is very important. Take shower each day. Brush your teeth two times a day and floss regularly. Wear perfume to smell nice. Wear clothes that makes you feel comfortable. Take care of your nails regularly.
  3. SKIN GLOW UP:- Cleanse your face every morning and night. Always apply sunscreen during daytime. Follow a skin care routine that works best for your skin type. Increase your water intake. Make sure you use a moisturiser to keep your skin soft and supple. Exfoliate and apply face mask atleast one time a week. Avoid touching your face often as the germs on your hand may leads to pimple. Always remove your makeup before going to bed.
  4. HAIR GLOW UP:- Whenever possible air dry your hair instead of blow drying. Use a silk pillowcase while sleeping. Use a microfibre towel to dry your hair. This prevent hairfall and breakage. Avoid brushing wet hair as it will damage your hair completely. Avoid washing your hair every single day. This may dry out your hair. Trim your hair to prevent split ends. This also keeps your hair healthy. Massage your scalp to promote hair growth and increase blood circulation. Try out a different hairstyle/ haircolour.
  5. LIPS/TEETH GLOW UP:- Apply a hydrating lip cream or petroleum jelly before going to bed. Use nourishing oil to massage your lips to improve blood circulation. Try using lipgloss instead of lipstick as it is more hydrating and make your lips look fuller. Donot touch or lick your lips as the enzymes in the Saliva are harsh to your lips. Always brush your teeth twice a day and floss regularly. Donot neglect your tongue. Gently brush your tongue or use a tongue cleaner. Drink water after every meal.
  6. EYE LASH/BROWS GLOW UP:- Avoid using waterproof mascara as it will dry out your lashes. Shape your eyebrows as it enhances the overall look of your face. Apply castor oil or Vaseline on your eye brows/ lashes before going to bed to make them longer and thicker.
