The match between the Delhi Capitals and the Punjab Kings has been hit by a COVID outbreak and has been rescheduled to Mumbai from Pune. It will be played at the Brabourne Stadium providing all of the players scheduled to play the match test negative once more.
This means we could have more than a few players missing from the Delhi Capitals lineup. Mitchell Marsh is certainly going to be one of them. The Punjab Kings do not have such problems but they will also have to fly back on short notice and could be a bit tired ahead of the game.

The conditions in Mumbai have been brilliant for cricket. The Brabourne Stadium is very good for batting and we have generally seen high-scoring matches played here. There is also a bit of help for the new ball bowlers. Maybe someone like Rabada could extract something more than the other bowlers.
We think a score of around 170-180 is definitely on the cards batting first.

Delhi Capitals (DC):
DC suffered a pretty big loss to RCB in its previous match after being in the driver’s seat for the majority of the chase. Interestingly, it was Mitchell Marsh who struggled to get the ball off the square in the previous match but he is not going to get a chance to redeem himself thanks to a COVID infection.
DC may go back to playing with just two or three overseas players for this match. They don’t really have too many options remaining in their squad. Tim Seifert may get another chance or maybe Anrich Nortje is set for another go but neither of these players is a good replacement for Mitchell Marsh.
With Rovman Powell also having a terrible IPL season, DC is struggling for power and quality in its lineup.
This is going to put a lot of pressure on David Warner and Prithvi Shaw to do the bulk of the work at the top of the inning once more. Both of these players are in great form and stroking the ball nicely.
You can look to take advantage through the Highest Opening Partnership or highest Score 1st 6 Overs batting markets.
DC’s batting lacks depth and its middle order is fragile. Early wickets could be devastating for it.
The bowling lineup is led by an army of left-handed bowlers. Khaleel Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman, Kuldeep Yadav, and Axar Patel are all in the playing eleven at the same time. It is not really a concern since they all have a different style of bowling.
Kuldeep Yadav and Khaleel Ahmed have been very good at picking wickets and betting on either one of these players for the Top Bowler betting market is worth serious consideration.

Punjab Kings (PBKS):
PBKS played its previous match without Mayank Aggarwal but the expectation now is that he will be back in the playing eleven. That will strengthen the batting and allow someone like Shikhar Dhawan to play with a bit more freedom.
PBKS certainly has an in-form player in Liam Livingstone. He has been one of the most exciting players in IPL 2022 with runs, plenty of sixes, and a very high strike rate at all stages of the inning. Liam Livingstone is the player that you want to keep an eye on. A bet on him to be the Man of the Match or maybe the Top Batsman for PBKS could be a great option.
There are some concerns here as well. Shikhar Dhawan and Jonny Bairstow have not set the IPL 2022 season alight just yet. The lower middle-order of Jitesh Sharma, Shahrukh Khan, and Odean Smith offers a lot of power but not too much stability.
PBKS has played an absolutely fearless brand of cricket so far. This means that it will come off spectacularly on some days and will completely fail on others. We think PBKS is due for a brilliant match but that is just a feeling!
